I am going to keep an “eye” on this project.  I can’t wait to see some of the video that ends up being made.

SOG Flash I

I was at a local knives store and was looking around for a small, lightweight EDC (everyday carry) knife.  I saw the SOG Flash I and really liked how if felt.  The blade has assisted open and also have a lock to prevent it from opening in your pocket.  I never use the lock.

The pocket clip that lets me carry the knife deep in my pocket.  The clip is also tight enough to prevent the knife from being banged out of my pocket from daily wear. The 2 3/4 inch drop point blade is perfect for daily tasks. The metal is AUS 6 Stainless Steel with a RC of 56-5 and holds an edge very well.

It’s not the cheapest knife on the block ($30-$55), but I like it so much I may buy an olive drab twin.  Great knife, go out and get one.
