Just made a trip to Walmart. For around 35 dollors I came up with a decent light box solution.

$5 – They currently are selling a great square trash can. Frosted white.
$10 – 2 Auto Mechanic clamp lights $5 each.
$18 – 2 x $9 – 45 watt Energy saver bulbs. eq 150 watt each.
5c – 1 white trash bag for curtain.

With tax around $35 buckos.
